“We hired Kevin Logan of Logan Design to remodel a small guest bathroom that had been out of service for approximately ten years. Kevin carefully analyzed the project and our design plans, made some good suggestions which we adopted, and completed the project within the quoted price. This bathroom is in the middle of our living area, part of which Kevin needed as a staging area. It was inconvenient, but he was always respectful of our property and our privacy.
